WonderCon Anaheim

WALL-E brought smiles to a lot of faces at WonderCon at the Anaheim Convention Center April 18-19. We even had some famous character visitors to our booth! 

Neonatal reunion picnic, UCI Health Center

MDA Muscle Walk, OC Great Park

WALL-E entertained the walking teams for this year's Muscular Dystrophy Association Muscle Walk at the Great Park in Irvine. He enjoyed seeing some of his favorite kids from summer camp and making other new friends.

Spark of Love toy drive at Honda Center

WALL-E helped spread holiday cheer at the Honda Center, where Channel 7 news was broadcasting live while toy donations were loaded onto rows of buses for needy children.

WALL-E loves visiting the kids at Children's Hospital Orange County (CHOC), especially at Christmas!

S.T.E.A.M. for Teens at Orange Public Library

Mike took WALL-E to the Orange Public Library for a presentation on droid engineering as part of the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) for Teens speaker series. Victor Franco spoke about R2-D2 and Mike spoke about WALL-E. During the presentation, Mike disassembled WALL-E to show how all the parts work inside. The audience was composed of people of all ages. They were highly interested and asked thoughtful questions. We hope we inspired people to pursue their own creative building projects.
